Lisi Prada (Spain) – [my home] – [meine heimat], 2012, 3’14″16
Migrations time. Many people wander homeless and, sometimes, without being well received. Who does not need a ‘home’? The word ‘heimat’ evokes there is a place in the world to which one belongs entirely, even in cases where life determined to set our house in another space [more cold and material, guided by alien values]. A place that is necessary to leave and to which one wants to return, as birds do, if that were possible… The frost that refugees suffer was complicit of my work, as every morning, I finded frozen the words I leaved outdoor each night.
